Defamatory Content
Definition: Defamatory content includes any statements or claims that unfairly harm the reputation of an individual, business, or entity. This encompasses false or unsupported allegations that could be detrimental to someone’s character or standing.
Prohibition: Contributors must ensure their content does not contain defamatory material. Techparley will not publish content that is considered defamatory.
Disclosure and Transparency
Paid content must be conspicuously identified as such.
Review, Approval, and Takedown Process
Review and Approval: Content is subject to Techparley’s review and approval.
Takedown of Problematic Content: Techparley reserves the right to remove content that is malicious, false, factually incorrect, or defamatory without recourse or refund to the contributor.
Final Approval: Publication is at Techparley’s discretion.
Rights and Permissions
Contributors grant Techparley rights to utilize their content, subject to these guidelines.
