The investment, according to press, marked a significant milestone for the South African company, which was founded by Dr. Jaishree Naidoo, a former pediatric radiologist.
The funding comes on the heels of Envisionit Deep AI’s win as the Southern Africa regional winner at the African Startup Awards.
