Lisk is seeking a Frontend Engineer passionate about building intuitive, performant, and scalable web applications that will shape the future of blockchain experiences.
The successful candidate will work alongside backend engineers, designers, and product managers to develop user-friendly tools and SDKs that enable Web3 builders to create better products more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
As a Frontend Engineer at Lisk, the candidate will take the lead in creating elegant, functional, and future-ready frontend solutions. The responsibilities include:
- Leading Technical Direction – Driving the architecture, design, and quality of Lisk’s frontend systems.
- Coding with Excellence – Delivering clean, scalable, and high-performance code using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborating Cross-Functionally – Working closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, end-to-end features.
- Maintaining Code Quality – Conducting code reviews, ensuring testing coverage, and promoting performance and accessibility best practices.
- Mentoring & Supporting Peers – Providing guidance through code reviews, pair programming, and structured learning opportunities.
- Problem Solving – Anticipating challenges, making architectural trade-offs, and offering pragmatic solutions.
- Knowledge Sharing – Fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, state management, build tools).
- Ability to make and clearly communicate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring and supporting other engineers.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to align technical execution with product and design objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies and the Ethereum ecosystem.
- Experience using libraries such as web3.js or ethers.js.
- Understanding of Web3 integrations, including wallets, smart contracts, and APIs.

Requirements

- Design intuitive user flows for e-commerce platforms including product catalogs, shopping carts, and checkout processes.
- Deliver customer-centric designs that enhance conversions and engagement.
- Technical & Platform Management
- Provide design assets optimized for multiple platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Work with internal teams and external vendors on design deliverables.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Risk & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with best practices for accessibility, performance, and usability.
- Conduct iterative testing to reduce design flaws and enhance user satisfaction.
