Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the precision of internal and customer staking reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Finance, Data, Product, and Customer Success.
The role involves quantifying staking risks, downtime, and missed rewards, streamlining financial data processes, and supporting client reconciliation and reporting needs.
Required Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of experience in finance, data analysis, or a related discipline, coupled with advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Sigma is advantageous. The position demands strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with cryptocurrency or blockchain technologies (such as Ethereum or Solana) is an asset, while a CPA designation, completed or in progress, is preferred.

The company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to execute software testing, verify documentation, and ensure compliance for software releases.
The successful candidate will work closely with QA Engineers to uphold MAX’s standards of reliability, security, and deployment readiness.
The role also involves leveraging AI-assisted tools such as TestGPT, ChatGPT, and Copilot to generate test cases, validate outcomes, and enhance documentation efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Execution & Quality Validation
- Execute manual test cases across web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Validate functional, UI, and usability requirements against user stories.
- Identify, document, and track defects in Jira with detailed reproduction steps.
- Participate in regression and user acceptance testing activities.
Compliance & Documentation
- Review QA evidence and release documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Upload and maintain test results, screenshots, and reports in Confluence.
- Assist QA Engineers in verifying readiness across Security, QA, and UAT gates.
AI-Enabled Testing
- Utilize AI tools (TestGPT, ChatGPT, Copilot) to design and refine test cases.
- Apply prompt engineering to improve test coverage and documentation quality.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated test outputs for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with developers and product owners throughout sprints.
- Actively participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Support process automation initiatives and contribute to ongoing QA enhancements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: B.Sc./B.Eng. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years in software testing or QA support roles.
- Proficiency with Selenium, Postman, or Cypress is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile Scrum frameworks.
- ISTQB Foundation or similar certification is a plus.
