Job Summary
The UI/UX Designer at Mixenz Concepts will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
The role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
It demands creativity, precision, and a strong understanding of the complete design process, from research and conceptualization to prototyping and final implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user behavior and improve overall design quality.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design intent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure smooth handoff and consistent execution.
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital products, including typography, color schemes, and brand identity.
- Stay informed about the latest UI/UX trends, emerging tools, and best practices to keep Mixenz Concepts at the forefront of digital innovation.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar design-focused role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design projects and UI/UX case studies.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Wireframe.cc, or InVision.
- Expertise in design software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline.

Position: Data Entry Officer (Volunteer Role)
- Location: Remote
- Reports To: Monitoring & Evaluation Lead, Programs Manager
- Commitment: 5–10 hours per week

Role Overview
The Smile Outreach is seeking a meticulous and dependable Volunteer Data Entry Officer to uphold the accuracy, integrity, and security of program data.
The selected candidate will play a vital role in documenting field activities, organizing participant feedback, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring donor reports are supported by verifiable data.
This position is ideal for individuals aspiring to build a career in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), data management, or nonprofit operations. Preference will be given to women candidates, reflecting The Smile Outreach’s 90% women-led team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Input
- Enter field data, including attendance, survey responses, and outreach feedback, from facilitators, coordinators, and project teams into standardized templates and Google Sheets.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of all records and ensure consistency with source documentation.
- Transcribe and organize qualitative data such as focus group insights, testimonials, and survey narratives.
Data Management & Documentation
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all project activities.
- Clean, validate, and prepare data for analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Label and file images, videos, and consent forms following established naming conventions.
Monitoring & Evaluation Support
- Collaborate with the M&E team to compile and analyze outreach data from initiatives such as Bold Spaces, Pad Stations, Writing Competitions, and Club Activities.
- Support the development of monthly summaries, infographics, and donor-ready reports.
- Keep attendance trackers and digital databases updated across programs.
Operational & Strategic Support
- Identify and flag inconsistencies or data gaps for timely correction.
- Assist with data consolidation during quarterly grant and donor reporting cycles.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and data quality improvement exercises.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a diploma or equivalent certification in Statistics, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in data entry, collection, or administrative support (volunteer or professional).
- Strong command of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and basic data visualization tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in nonprofit or community-based programs is an advantage.
