YAKUB ABDULRASHEED – UAE-based advertising technology startup, JustAd, has secured a $5 million investment from angel investor, Imad Jomaa to accelerate its international expansion and bring its artificial intelligence (AI)-powered marketing and advertising financing services to new markets.

Founded in 2025 by Ahmed Elsayed, the company operates a unified platform that enables businesses and advertising agencies to manage, track and analyse campaigns across major digital advertising channels, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads.

Its offering also includes Advertise Now, Pay Later (ANPL), a financing solution that allows eligible businesses to launch advertising campaigns and repay their media spending in instalments of up to 12 months.

“The next decade of advertising belongs to the companies that give advertisers intelligence and capital in the same place,” Elsayed said.

JustAd and Its AI-Powered Marketing Platform

JustAd describes itself as a marketing operating system that brings essential advertising tools together in one place.

Its platform combines AI-powered campaign analysis, performance tracking, attribution, product catalogue management and unified reporting, enabling businesses to monitor advertising activities across multiple channels without switching between separate tools.

The system helps advertisers identify effective campaigns, assess their performance and make informed decisions about their marketing budgets.

By consolidating these functions, JustAd aims to simplify digital advertising management for e-commerce businesses, agencies and in-house marketing teams.

The company has established its presence in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and intends to build on that foundation as it expands internationally.

How Advertise Now, Pay Later Addresses Businesses’ Cash-Flow Challenges

JustAd’s Advertise Now, Pay Later service allows businesses to launch advertising campaigns immediately and pay their advertising expenses in instalments over a period of up to 12 months.

The model targets a common challenge among small and medium-sized advertisers: having to pay advertising costs before receiving revenue from the resulting sales. Limited cash flow can force businesses to pause campaigns even when their adverts are generating promising results.

Through ANPL, JustAd aims to bridge this financing gap, helping eligible businesses sustain or expand their advertising activities without paying the entire media cost upfront.

According to investor Imad Jomaa, “JustAd is solving two problems every advertiser has: knowing what works and having the cash to scale it.”

However, businesses remain responsible for their repayments, and profitability is not guaranteed.

Why Imad Jomaa’s $5 Million Investment Matters

The $5 million investment will support JustAd’s expansion into new markets, including the establishment of local sales and customer success teams, adaptation of its platform to local requirements, and stronger partnerships with major advertising platforms.

The funding will also help introduce ANPL to advertisers in those markets.

Jomaa said he was backing the company because he believed its financing model could work wherever businesses advertise, adding that taking it into new markets was “the natural next step.”

The investment therefore represents an opportunity for JustAd to extend a business model that combines advertising intelligence with access to financing.

However, the company has not disclosed the funding round’s stage, its valuation or the specific terms of the investment.

Targeting New Market Entries in Early 2027

JustAd plans to begin onboarding customers in its first new markets in early 2027.

Its expansion strategy will involve developing local customer support capabilities, adapting its products to different markets and deepening relationships with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer Ahmed Elsayed said the company had built its strategy around anticipating changes in the advertising industry and addressing gaps in the market.

“We built JustAd by reading where the market is heading and filling the gaps before anyone else sees them,” he said.

The company expects the investment to help it bring its combined advertising management and financing services to a wider customer base, although it has not yet identified the countries it intends to enter first.
