A venture capital player in the Africa tech industry, LoftyInc Capital, has announced backing Salus Cloud, a cutting-edge AI-native DevSecOps platform designed to transform the continent’s digital infrastructure.
Founding Partner at LoftyInc Capital, Idris Ayodeji Bello, revealed the firm’s support through a LinkedIn post on Sunday, June 15, 2025, welcoming Salus Cloud into its Alpha Fund portfolio alongside notable partners P1 Ventures and Atlantica Ventures.
According to Idris, Salus Cloud’s innovative solution addresses a pressing need in Africa’s tech ecosystem, where approximately 95% of engineering teams lack access to proper DevOps tools.
“Because in markets like Africa, 95% of engineering teams still ship code without access to proper DevOps. Salus is changing that-offering a secure, Al-native DevSecOps platform purpose-built for fast-moving startups and lean teams in growth markets,” he said.
“Andrew and the team have done it before-and now with Salus, they’re channeling that experience into solving one of the most urgent pain points for emerging market tech ecosystems.”
