Mid-Level Web Developer
Key Responsibilities

- Debug and resolve system errors efficiently.
- Build reporting pages using PHP or the proprietary reporting platform.
- Mentor and guide the entry-level developer.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Ability to work within an established system and codebase.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Compensation
Approximately $100,000 USD per year, with final offers adjusted based on location and experience.
Entry-Level / Apprentice Web Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and triage technical requests.
- Gain hands-on exposure to the codebase through daily support activities.
- Progressively develop coding responsibilities over time.
Qualifications
- No prior web development experience required.
- Tech-savvy, excellent communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
- Background in a complementary skill area is an advantage.
Compensation

The Opportunity: UX/UI Designer
Ontraccr seeks a skilled UX/UI Designer to join its distributed, remote product team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and engineering team to craft intuitive, functional, and visually striking interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
In addition to product design, the role offers opportunities to contribute to marketing initiatives by creating compelling landing pages, graphics, and brand assets that communicate Ontraccr’s story and attract new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric workflows and interfaces for the SaaS platform (web and mobile).
- Translate product requirements and customer feedback into elegant UI components.
- Create and maintain a design system and style guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate designs.
- Design marketing assets such as landing pages, promotional graphics, and social media visuals.
- Shape the overall aesthetic and brand identity of the product.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in UX/UI design, preferably within SaaS or B2B environments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both web and mobile design work.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design best practices.
- Excellent English communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
