About the Role

The Product Designer at Terra plays a central role in shaping the user experience across the company’s learning platform and related digital products.

This position involves close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and marketers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive, end-to-end product experiences for Terra’s web and mobile learning platforms.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into learner needs and behavior.
  • Translate research findings into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and design consistency.
  • Continuously optimize products for improved usability, accessibility, and learner engagement.
  • Provide UI/UX direction and support for marketing initiatives, including landing pages, campaigns, and digital content.

Who the Ideal Candidate Is

  • Possesses 2–3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of design principles, UX flows, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficient in Figma (required); familiarity with Adobe XD or Illustrator is an added advantage.
  • Skilled in designing responsive interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
  • Experienced in conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis.
  • Communicates ideas effectively through both visual and verbal means.
  • Deeply passionate about education, learning innovation, and solving meaningful real-world challen
