Responsibilities
The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
The role involves building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track performance and user adoption, designing efficient data models while ensuring accuracy and integrity, and maintaining as well as optimizing data pipelines and validation frameworks.
The analyst will also provide strategic insights to guide both operational and high-level business decisions.
Requirements
Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field, with 2–3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
Proficiency in SQL (Postgres, BigQuery, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker is essential.
Familiarity with data governance, privacy protocols, and pipeline tools like Airflow is also required, alongside Python programming skills and strong communication abilities in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
