Young leaders across Nigeria have applauded the appointment of Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo as the new Minister of Interior, citing his professional and political experience as his hallmark of his greatness.
Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo’s ascent to this crucial role, according to the youth community, sparksoptimism and a sense of promise among the nation’s youth.
Aderonke Ogunleti, President and founder of the Youth Art Initiative, hailed him as a “vanguard of hope for the youth.”
Aderonke, who is a member of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, voiced her commendation moments after the inauguration ceremony of the new ministers in Abuja on Monday.
“Leaders like Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo give the young generation hope that truly they are the leaders of tomorrow,” said Aderonke.
“From his professional background to his political experience, we can all be proud to call him our mentor. It is my hope that he continues to be an inspiration to youths across the globe.”
In his congratulatory note, Timilehin Gabriel Olajuwon, Founder of Muse Peace Foundation, echoed the sentiment, expressing confidence that Hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo’s appointment would lead to rapid development within the Ministry of Interior.

Also, Adeyinka Adetoyi, a young Nigerian filmmaker and movie director, CEO, V6 Media, prayed that the new minister’s tenure be marked by progress for the Tinubu-led administration and country.
“May your tenure be marked by visionary leadership, creative problem-solving, and unwavering commitment to the betterment of Nigeria,” he prayed.
