Khazna Data Centers, a global leader in hyperscale digital infrastructure, has signed an agreement with AI and data analytics company Presight to deploy an advanced, AI-optimised facility management platform and a centralised command and control centre across its data centre portfolio.

The partnership marks a major step in Khazna’s strategy to modernise operations for the AI era, embedding intelligence, automation and sustainability into the management of mission-critical digital infrastructure.

It builds on a strategic collaboration first announced at GITEX Global 2025 and underpins the launch of Khazna NexOps, the company’s new in-house operations organisation.

“This collaboration strengthens our ability to operate complex, mission-critical infrastructure with greater visibility, resilience and efficiency. The deployment of Presight’s AI-driven platform and centralized command and control centre supports our commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth as we continue to expand our global data centre network,” Hassan Alnaqbi, Chief Executive Officer, Khazna said.

What You Need to Know

Khazna NexOps has been established to deliver a new benchmark for operational consistency, resilience and responsiveness across hyperscale environments.

Designed as a unified operating model, NexOps brings together people, processes, technology and governance under a single framework, while maintaining continuity of service for customers running high-availability and latency-sensitive workloads.

Central to this transformation is the deployment of a centralised command and control centre, which represents the first major delivery milestone under the Presight agreement.

The centre will provide real-time visibility and coordinated oversight across Khazna’s global data centre estate, enabling faster decision-making, improved incident response and enhanced operational resilience.

Embedding AI at the Core of Data Centre Operations

The deployment embeds artificial intelligence at the heart of Khazna’s data centre operations, shifting facility management from reactive monitoring to a predictive and prescriptive, data-driven model.

Presight’s AI-optimised facility management solution integrates data from multiple operational technology and facilities systems into a single intelligence layer.

This enables predictive and prescriptive maintenance, proactive fault detection, performance optimisation and coordinated asset management across complex, energy-intensive hyperscale environments.

At the core of the deployment is Presight’s AI-Optimised Sustainable Data Centre solution, which combines IoT technology, advanced analytics, automation and applied AI to manage assets, capacity, incidents and change processes in real time.

The platform is designed to scale across sites and regions, supporting consistent operational standards as Khazna expands its global footprint.

Digital Twins, Sustainability and Operational Intelligence

A key differentiator of the solution is its integration of digital twin capabilities through Presight’s Meta-Intelligence platform. This delivers a real-time 3D virtual representation of data centre infrastructure, allowing operators to simulate scenarios, analyse spatial asset layouts and improve operational planning.

Embedded sustainability and energy optimisation analytics further support efficiency gains, enabling detailed energy and carbon tracking, ESG reporting and cross-site benchmarking.

These capabilities are increasingly critical as hyperscale data centres face growing scrutiny over energy consumption, emissions and long-term environmental impact.

“By embedding intelligence into data centre operations, we are enabling greater resilience, efficiency and sustainability at scale. Our work with Khazna demonstrates Presight’s ability to translate advanced AI capabilities into scalable platforms that deliver lasting operational value as digital infrastructure continues to grow in size, complexity and strategic importance. We are privileged to support Khazna on this journey as they set new global benchmarks for hyperscale operational excellence,” said Thomas Pramotedham, Chief Executive Officer, Presight.

Setting New Benchmarks for Hyperscale Infrastructure

The agreement positions Khazna at the forefront of AI-driven operational transformation in the global data centre industry, as hyperscale operators adapt to the demands of artificial intelligence workloads, cloud expansion and increasingly complex infrastructure estates.

For Presight, the deployment reinforces its standing as a trusted global partner for AI-powered digital infrastructure, building on its growing international portfolio spanning smart cities, energy, public safety, finance, education and large-scale enterprise transformations.

As data centres become foundational to economic growth and digital sovereignty, the Khazna–Presight collaboration reflects a broader industry shift: from traditional facilities management to intelligent, autonomous and sustainability-focused operations designed for the AI age.

Talking Points

It is notable that Khazna is not merely expanding capacity, but deliberately redesigning how hyperscale data centres are operated in the AI era, with intelligence embedded directly into day-to-day operations rather than layered on as an afterthought.

The launch of Khazna NexOps signals a shift from fragmented, site-by-site operations to a unified operating model, which is increasingly critical as AI workloads demand higher uptime, faster response times, and more energy-efficient infrastructure.

At Techparley, we see the centralised command and control centre as a pivotal move. Real-time visibility across a distributed data centre portfolio is fast becoming a competitive necessity, not a luxury, especially for operators supporting mission-critical and latency-sensitive workloads.

Presight’s AI-optimised facility management platform addresses a long-standing challenge in hyperscale environments: translating vast operational data into actionable intelligence that enables predictive maintenance, fault prevention, and performance optimisation at scale.

The integration of digital twin technology adds strategic depth, allowing Khazna to simulate operational scenarios, plan infrastructure changes more effectively, and reduce risk in increasingly complex facilities.

As sustainability pressures intensify, the inclusion of energy optimisation, carbon tracking and ESG analytics positions Khazna to align operational excellence with regulatory and environmental expectations.

If successfully implemented, this partnership could set a new operational benchmark for hyperscale data centres globally, signalling how AI, sustainability and infrastructure management are converging into a single operating philosophy.
